    Thomas has cooked for others for years. This time, he is the focus. No recipe, no show. Just him, his kitchen, and what drives him.

    We ask questions and listen. Only his answers stay in the film. In between, he works as always: cutting, tasting, plating. The camera stays close, on his hands, on his eyes. When he talks, the kitchen goes quiet. Those are the moments we look for.
